Mademoiselle Cécile Beaumont has all the essential components of a well bred young woman of her station: a quiet demeanor of cool confidence about her, an understated but present prideful nature and an innately regal air. She conducts herself in a manner fit for no less than a duchess, always making eye contact and holding her head high. She spent many a year perfecting her dignified countenance and it shows.

No matter the amount of effort she dedicates to keeping her composed and detached facade, Cécile cannot block out her true nature. Underneath the gentlewoman mask, there lies more than a hint of a whimsical spirit. A quiet spark in her eyes and a smile playing at the corners of her lips betray whenever she is amused or thinking of a ever so delightful little game to play. Her mind is somewhat restless and constantly needs to invent new ways to amuse itself. Of course, Mademoiselle Beaumont is above mere practical jokes to fill her hours with entertainment, she leans towards gambling as the best outlet for such mischievous urges.

Another trait lurking under her ladylike appearance is a strong sense of independence. She never did take well to being ordered about or merely entertaining the notion of doing things that she herself does not expressly desire to do. Spoiled she may be, it is a trait far weaker than her near stupid levels of unadulterated stubborn strong will.

Cécile’s list of vices and bits of her personality she would rather do without are long and extensive. She prides herself upon being incredibly practical despite being raised in the lap of luxury and waited on since she is able to remember but the practicality lies what she views as a rather weak and undesirable trait; her inner romanticism. The dream of being courted and whisked off into the sunset by a dashing gentleman whose presence and honeyed yet sincere words that make her heart swell she blame entirely on her sex and age, along with the scandalous novels she near devours. Another trait she wishes she could do away with is her anxiety and how quickly it has her in its throes. Uncertainty, loud noises coupled with shadows of which she is unable to determine the source of, even superstitious omens send her on edge.

In terms of social interactions, she thrives off of them. As serious as people think she may be , she truly is more at home at a party than studying by herself. The Monegasque really just likes talking, gossiping and texting far more than anyone can truly comprehend. In terms of romance, as stated above, she really likes the idea but it is by far the lowest thing on her priority list. If somehow in one, as long as the person doesn't smother her, she would be content to hold hands and perhaps even sit in laps as long as they are not in public. For enemies well, for a little bit they will have no idea that she dislikes them. However, if it gets to a certain point where her pride is being poked at, the girl will just snap. And yes, as angry Munchkin is a funny and dangerous thing.

Oh gosh, the image of the tall freshman being just vaguely scared of the small college student is just too funny. She will likely be at least vaguely amused by him and perhaps try to look out for him in her own way if they do become friends. How should they meet? The opportunities may be limited because of the grade difference but uhm, they could meet on campus or in town or if he needed extra help in one of his classes, she could tutor? Do you have any ideas or preferences?

Would either the library or park work? Also, what class would he need the most help in? Here is the tough part because math would make the most sense as it is Cécile's best subject but I myself am terrible at it. Hmm, economics could work but I want to know your preferences before I start up the thread.
