Problem with playing 3D Movies

Hi,

I've bought my Evny 17 3D around 4 month ago, and never had any problems with playing 3D BD Movies with PowerDVD, since around 2-3 days ago that i tried to play a new 3D BD and i noticed PowerDVD is unable to play it ... "3D Experience Requires 3D Enabled TV and Player", and just play BD wich have 2D option available, after looking in Cyberlink's ferum there was a solution of Disabling Hardware Accelerator as it disables True Theather Effect, so i went to PowerDVD setting --> Video --> Removed the mark and its all set. BUT everytime i try to play a 3D movie, Hardware Accelerator option Greys out and i'm not able to change it.

I tried to play 3D movies with TotalMedia Player 5 and KMPlayer, but they can play 3D movies JUST in 2D mode and i cant play any 3D movies at all even the 3D Demo that came with my laptop.

I googled a lot but i was unable to find a solution, updated latest AMD driver and Cyberlink with HP suppot assisstance and installed AMD codeck package but no results. I tried to find an update for Blu-Ray driver or laptop screen but wasnt able to find any details about them, in screen resolution page --> advanced setting it identify my laptop's monitor as Generic PnP without any other details, so i wonder whats the problem ?
